Long before he was charged, Ariel Castro was accuser in sexual assault case
Thu May 9, 2013
This case needs to be reexamined now that the Castro daughters know they are free to tell whatever the truth is. It sounds to me the Castro wife and daughters only narrowly escaped the same fate as the 3 women Castro imprisoned because Colon offered them an escape.

McCain compares Iranian leader to monkey; draws GOP charge of racism
Mon Feb 4, 2013
McCain's joke was funny and harmless - unless the monkey that Iran sent to space is insulted by someone implying Ahmadinejad is as well qualified to do the same job.
White House tries for new compromise on birth control
Fri Feb 1, 2013
Why is what should be strictly a medical issue a political and religious issue? Birth control pills aren't just for preventing pregnancy.
Why extreme Islamists are intent on destroying cultural artifacts
Sat Feb 2, 2013
So they destroy anything that might be idolized, huh? Must frustrate them that they can't get at the sun and the moon.
